how does this sound -

3 table spoon peanut butter - 300 cals
3 egg whites - 210 cal and 21 gram protein
2 table spoon Olive oil - 240 cals
2 Bananas - 180 cals 2.4 gram protein
120 grams cottage cheese - 15 grams protein and 100 cals
1 table spoon Honey - 70 cals
Dried Milk 100 grams - 25 grams protein

TOTAL = 1100 CALS AND 65 GRAMS PROTEIN

drink 2 of those everyday so i get 2200 cals and 120 grams protein and eat loads in the middle :-)

Mix it with milk and count the protein and calories from that. I just didn't see it in your totals.

iv done this all on fitday and this is what it looks like for 1 intake of this shake http://img48.imageshack.us/img48/2917/fitday5vo.jpg
its pretty good you get 2018 cals and 115 gram protein so if i take to servings thats 4032 cals and 230 grams protein! isnt that a bit overkill?

if you need it then its fine, the shake might come out a bit thick and might taste disgusting though, lol.

haha yes i really need all the cals and protein tbh and the taste i dont really care i can down anything really the worst being raw eggs lol i might just add some ice cream to fix that. What is the best time to drink it? instead of making to shakes i think ill just drink half when i wake up because my body has had no food for 8-10 hours so it will give it a good start and one in the evening or on workout days post workout am i correct?

EDIT: If I had honey and cottage cheese does it taste any diff?

EDIT: I hate bannana flavored drinks...if there anything else I could use?

3 egg whites is not 210 cals. 3 whole eggs are.
