Um, ya... I just started dieting with fitday yesterday. I actually started an account 2 days ago to see how healthy I eat without my diet, and apparently I eat very unhealthily. Yesterday was my first day of dieting and damn... I felt really lightheaded. Today, I'm also dieting... apparently I need about 1557 calories. Right now I've only added up 1491 calories. Does anybody know any high protein but low fat/carbohydrates foods? Cuz I think I'm feeling lightheaded cuz I'm not eating enough.

Also, in order to lose weight, is running about 5.6 miles gonna do it? See I run about 6.8 miles per hour for about 10 minutes and 20 seconds before I work out, after I work out, and in the middle of my work out. I also run 20 minutes in the morning. 6.8 miles per hour is the fastest I can do. All of this adds to about 5.6 miles. I also spend like 3 hours working out. Will I lose weight? Is that a lot or is that enough or is it too little? If it's too little, how much should I be running then?
