hi everyone
1st how do you have the time to eat all this food? i can only fit 2000-2005 cals a day. can some give me an example of there daily diet please.

2nd how come body builders veins stick out a mile an how does this happen? i can only just see mine lol.

all help will be appreciated

um you can make a really high calorie protein shake by adding different stuff to it.

Pretty sure veins is genetic on how much they're gonna show, and low bf% displays them more. Lower the sodium and up the potassium.

i can only fit 2000-2005 cals a day.How did you come up with a number like 2005? Eating a piece of bread would put you at 2100 calories. You should look into making your own calorie-dense shakes because liquid calories are easier to down than solid foods. You can up your caloric intake if you try.
