Anyone remember watching that MTV Real Life or True Life (whatever it was) about the guy who wanted to be a famous bodybuilder? It was a really interesting episode and I wish I had it. He was on the PMSF diet.

Anyway, the day before the show he took a pill or something that helped flush his system of water so his skin would suck to his muscles and he would look a lot more defined. It worked well for him and I wanted to try one and see what I looked like because I think I have gained several pounds (especially in the midsection) that is just water weight. I am wanting to see if I can lose some water weight to get a more defined look for my post-cut pictures. Thanks guys.

Bodybuilders dehydrate themselves through lack of fluids and diuretics to look dry on stage. It's actually not too healthy. You shouldn't be doing it casually. That's plain stupid.

I did not plan on doing it casually. I was going to do it for myself so I could really think that my cut went as well as I had hoped it would. I could of swore that the guy on that MTV show said that he took a pill or something to do it...am I wrong? Anyone remember the show I am talking about or seen it?

Doing it for anything other than getting on stage is casual.

Winstrol or something like that which is pretty much an anabolic that cuts you up and drops bodyfat, Im sure I mispelled it but im going by what I heard from a roommate

That sounds a little too hardcore for me I think. I might just lay off of the salt for a while and stay on the diet another two weeks and go from there. If I don't have the ripped look I want then I am just going to start a clean bulk then start another cut later.

I guess you guys are right. I will not try and diuretics or anything. Thanks to everyone for their input.

lay off the salt?

Built, doesn't a lot of salt actually make you look more cut?

Built, doesn't a lot of salt actually make you look more cut?How would increased water retention benefit in creating a defined look? o_0

The pills they take are diruretics such as taraxatone. Winstrol is used by competitors because it makes them reatain less water. Not because it sheds fat. Fat is stored energy. Nothing short of burning it makes it go away.

One great way to shed water is eating veggies. I'm sure it has to do with the vegetable salts.
