Here's a little something I threw together the other night and I think some of you guys might like it...
2 scoops Orange Cream Muscle Milk
2 tablespoons psyllium husk fiber (Colon Cleanse or the like)
16oz water
a couple handfuls of ice
a blender
I've found that protein shakes often give me the ****s, so adding 10-15g of fiber helps a lot. I'm doing this each night on my cut because I'm so sick of buying a tub of cottage cheese every other day, and nuts aren't cheap either! When I switch over to bulking, I'll be using 16oz of skim milk instead of water and I'll probably try one of the chocolatey flavors of Muscle Milk instead.
