Unrelated question, do you think eating a 12' sub from subway once a day is a good idea? I work and dont have a lot of options during lunch hour. Anyways...

subway is great for carbs, but you have to remember that the calories listed are WITHOUT cheese.

What about Tuno subs at quiznos or subway? I know they have a lot of mayo mixed with them (I think) but are they still great or is it just straight tuna from a can?

if it fits in your caloric intake, i don't see the problem.

If you want something high in protien and extremely low in calories, eat canned crab.

high in protien and extremely low in calories
Almost an oxymoron

Almost an oxymoron

well for the calorie to protien rate, crabs are basically all protien, meaning your not getting the calories from anything but protien, and it is filling with many grams. I look at calories to the gram rather then just to how much there is.

I just meant that if something is "high" in protein, it would also be "high" in calories. Of course it is all relative.

I meant it as a joke though.

lol, well the reason I said it was low, cause back when i was getting my weight down crab was only 40 calories for a good amount of food (4 oz I think) so I was like woah! thats a lot of food for calories, not to mention I believe it has 7g of protien if not more per 40 calories.

nah sorry mate i get your joke, but it gets a bit confusing to noob people like me who want to cut and think its ok to eat loads of protein to lose the fat.

basically it's ok to eat 5 tins of tuna a day and you wont be putting on any fat.
