u guys can see my pic on my profile and my back pic is that lil' one next to my name lol... lemme no what u guys think i need work on--don't worry, my legs are fine, i can squat a hefty amount. side note--as im writing this, a raccoon is going through my garbage right now and i want to shoot it lol

Looking real lean in the photos..
My philosophy is strength & thickness... so I would probably just stay bulk all around.. you look pretty balanced, without seeing the wheels..

im 18-- 167lbs last time i weighed myself. im 5'10'' (im really 5'9.5'' but 5'10'' sounds better lol). stats regarding amount of weight i can do is not something i can say right now. before i was benching about 220 and i was able to bump 315 10 times on the squat. but that was a while ago so i have to do some max lifts or something lol. if you guys want any other pics just ask--although my webcam isnt much of a detailed camera.

you're lean for sure. hammies seem to be laggin a bit. arms also seem to be behind, although that could be quality of the pics. you look great for 167lbs, but just lacking in overall size. i'd definitely be bulking if i were you.

Did you manage to stay that lean throughout your training or did you do successive bulking/cutting periods?

heres what i did... i was in track for a while (january through may) and i really didnt lose that much fat during then and i really didnt workout during then either but once june came around i began to lose fat like crazy and gained muscle like crazy also. i started eating 4-6 meals a day, protein up the ass--about 200 grams per day and about 1,800 calories per day. i never really bulked in my life nor did i really cut--except during track but it didnt workout too well.

worked out legs today... this month is a strength month for me and heres what i did. two warm up sets before each workout. squats: 305 3x then i did 315 3x PARALLEL (or however u spell it) and quite frankly i could've done more, but i didnt want to push it since i just started lifting heavy since god knows when. leg press: 450 3x then i did 540 3x. i felt it during the leg press, it was hard and also keep in mind i went all the way down w/ my feet less than shoulder width apart. deadlift: 225 3x (romanian style) then i did 275 3x romanian style. it was too god damn easy since my friend who said i wouldnt be able to do as much as he does i got pissed so i did 275 3x straight-legged style--of course this was easy too, but i didnt feel like going any higher. lemme know what you guys think...thanks
