Hey guys, recently i purchased some nitro-tech and cell-tech. I know that this is strognly discouraged by many board members but i got them for a very good price and only bought a small amount so i could try it to see if i like it or not. I have a couple of questions though. First, the nitro-tech and the cell-tech are two different flavors so should i have two different post-workout shakes? Also the recomended amount for the cell-tech is to have a 5 day loading period with 20gs daily then after the first five days just 10g. From reading about creatine 5g's seems to be the recommended amount by board members so i was thinking of just taking one 5g scoop post workout on days when i workout and 1 scoop in the morning on rest days. Thanks!

but i got them for a very good priceNo you didn't. You can get an almost year's supply of creatine mono for 30 buck or less.

You don't need to load. You only need to take 5 grams a day, both on work out days and rest days.

I got a tub for 5 bucks from a friend, i though that it was a good price. And when should i take the 5g's on workout days, pre or post workout and before or after the nitro-tech.

If it was just regular creatine monohydrate, you could mix it with the Nitro-Tech, but since it's flavored, that might end up tasting like some kind of nasty funk.

How much do you weigh, why would you just follow the directions on the back?

ok thanks, next time i will go with the regular creatine mono. MY plan is to have 5g's creatine directly after i workout then the nitro-tech 30 mins after that.

Try Creatine 500 from AtLargeNutrition and add some Gatorade powder ( dextose ) and you will get your own Cell Tech. Same with Nitro Tech, buy Protein from this guys too, Muscletech is too expensive.

So cell tech is basically Whey + Dextose?

And thats optimal for after your workout right?

cell-tech is basically creatine and lots of sugar. Cell-tech was all i use to buy till i went broke buying it every 2 months! Trust me Creatine 500 from AtLargeNutrition is the same thing just a lot cheaper.

And yes it is optimal right after your workout or before

Nope, Creatine + Dextrose.

While AtLarge's may be as effective, this statement is misleading as the 2 products are not the same.

A minor detail but please go the extra distance to distinguish this for unassuming newbies.
