Is taking a mrp like opticen 3hours before bed ok or should i just take it in the morning?

You could reduce it to an hour or two before bed. It's good to have a meal before bed to fight off catabolism. You can have one before bed and in the morning. It's up to you. Just think of it as food. You can take it whenever you want. But I'd definitely recommend having a meal a couple hours prior to bed, regardless of when you take the Opticen.
