Summer is upon us and with the warm weather I've been riding my bike everywhere, store, gym, university, trails.
Question I have is: What should I be eating right after finishing 45-60 minutes of biking?
Currently in my water bottle I have gatoraide (2 servings) mixed with 2 scoops of protein powder. Then I eat a normal meal about 30 min after coming back home.
