Okay, when you put Canola oil into the frying pan to make eggs or something, does it all evaporate? Cuz if it doesn't, then I just realized that I've been inadvertently consuming 130 calories or so of fat without knowing or keeping track of it whenever I prepare the frying pan for eggs. If it actually does evaporate when I heat it up, it means that I haven't.

count the calories you cook with (butter, oil, etc). I think butter is the BB choice for frying.
I use cooking spray, tho.

I would count the calories, since the eggs soak up a lot of the oil.
