I'm down with the cottage cheese, so cheap for the amount of protein you get.

I need to start buying 2-3 tubs of CC at a time. The 3lb tub last 2-3 days max. When it is around I probably have 3-4 cups a day. CC is just too good. I need to keep it and natty PB out of my fridge or I eat them non stop.
A huge tub of natty PB from Costco is also a good snack if your costco stocks it.

Saltines! They are loaded in carbs and protein!!111 No FAT!!!!! And you can steal them from basically any restaurant. Back when I was 19 I went on a saltine only diet for 6 months and gained 25 pounds of lbm!!!11
If you want an extra boost, wash it down with a 3 liter of coke and have some hostess apple pies for dessert.
