this is the workout im using. Here we go.
Its all in kg sorry. 1kg = 2.2 lbs. I have no squat rack so i can only squat a weight i can lift above my head comfortably.
You can register here and find out about Max OT. I enjoy this coz i can do it in my garage and it only take about 35 mins.
On top of this i do around 7 hours of cardio a week.

7 hours weekly of cardio might be a little much, IMO... what are your stats/goals looking like? Congrats on joining the forums, btw, it's a hayoooge first step to meeting said goals.

well i cycled to work 5 days a week which is 2.5 hours . on weekend , i cycle with mates for about 5 hours.i Also enjoy jogging. Im 6feet tall, Im about 180-185 lbs usually. I wanna get stronger and slightly bigger and also enjoy my workuots. I eat about 2300 to maintain my weight , ( i have a slow metabilism. Im growing with this amount of cals, ive been told im a mesomorph. In lbs my max dead is around 300lbs , my max bench is around 200 lbs. sorry my pics are in kgs. oh yeah , im about 20% body fat aswell.

Not a bad week overall , but on the weekend before i came of my push bike and couldnt do leg leg on monday because my tailbone was hurting. Apart from that it went well. 4 weeks into Max-ot and its going well.
