im 6'1 160 looking to put some weight on but im not going to be working out rite now like a couple weeks cuz im skinny as hell i can see my hip bones i need a good home made weight gainer recipe

Start lifting and keep eating more food until you start growing.

based on my precise calculations you should be able to squat 2.5 times body weight in 6 months, 4 days, 19hrs, and 35 minutes. Seriously, just go and eat alot and train hard! Dont worry about how much you can lift yet

You don't need a weight gainer recipe you just need to eat alot. When you think you're eating alot, you're not. Eat more.

My mate makes the same mistake, he thinks that eating loads of junk food will get him to put o weight and grow big muscles. you should try eating loads of carbohydrate and fats. Eat kebabs often and eat loads of curry, speggetii and chili etc.
