Whey, creatine, multi, fish oil...
Start with those...
I wont say you wasted your money, you just didnt spend it wisely.

well i just finished up the cyto gainer stuff and i gained 10 pounds with it....butim not sure if that has to do with my new diet (eating every 2 hours high protein healthy stuff).....I would use the cyto gainer for 3 of the eating periods (morning, after workout, and be4 bed) so whey fish oil multi vitamin an creatine would be better? ...what about L-Arginine and L-Ornithine, B- complex? and vitc-c....someone told me i should take those as well
good advice?

well i just finished up the cyto gainer stuff and i gained 10 pounds with itThat, plus the food you were eating making you go into a caloric surplus is what made you gain 10 pounds.
Do you track everything you eat? If you don't, you need to start doing it on www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com).
