I've been taking Nitro-Tech for about a month and a half now with some other supplements (mainly Animal Pak and Animal M-Stak). My question is if I'm getting enough creatine in the two servings on Nitro-Tech I take or should I buy some creatine monohydrate?
Also, is taking some time release NOS pills with the above overkill?

Not to be a d--- to you in your first thread, but if you are taking all those other supplements, you should already know the answer to a question like this.

Fair enough. I'm clearly conscious to the fact that I do not know everything about supplementing and that's why I posted. I want to get my stuff straightened out by guys that know their stuff. Thought this forum would be a great place to do so.

5g of creatine a day, as been posted on here 1.4 million times. If your getting that with your nitro-tech then its enough.
And stop buying junk supplements. Spend 30 minutes reading over the threads here and stop wasting money. Search is your friend.

After taking your advice, clearly Muscletech is not the way to go. In terms of post workout protein, is it better to get straight whey or a blend? I've found conflicting opinions.
Thanks for the redirect. No more Muscletech or Animal Staks. I appreciate it.

Many on here support the blend.
However, straight whey is cheap and it still does the same thing when it is digested.......gets converted to amino acids.
My opinion is that as long as you consume adequate amounts of protein from various food sources throughout the day, you aren't going to be able to tell a damn bit of difference if you are using a blend or not.

I made all the same mistakes.
I don't even want to think about how much I used to spend in my early 20's
Well, even in high school.

Now, if you really look at the ingredients I listed, you will notice that the second ingredient list is the creatine. This is obscurred but muscletechs listed analysis of what "SynthePro" protein is.
Ingredients: SynthePro (Whey Peptides [modified weight and partially pre-digested (hydrolyzed) Whey Protein concentrate (providing di-, tri-, oligo-, and poly-peptides) {shorter and longer chains of amino acids}], whey protein concentrate, and new Ion-Exchanged specially-filtered 97% Whey Protein Isolate, L-leucine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, lactoferrin {SynthePro full spectrum whey protein fractions include: Beta lactoglobulin ~55%, Alpha lactalbumin ~15%, Glycomacropeptides ~21%, Immunoglobulins ~3%, Bovine Serum Albumin ~2%, Lactoferrin <1%} ) , micronized creatine monohydrate, cocoa powder (Dutch process), Insulogen (guar gum, d-myo-inositol, glucomannan, taurine, pharmaceutical-grade alpha lipoic acid, Inzitol {D-pinitol}), Nitroxen (L-arginine, glycosidal saponins, folic acid), natural & artificial flavors, red beet powder, Glutamine Blend (L-glutamine, glutamine peptides, calcium alpha ketoglutarate, dipotassium phosphate, lecithin, magnesium oxide, n-acetyl-cysteine, dl-tocopherol acetate, acesulfame potassium, aspartame†, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Unless you can find a source that indicates the exact amount (that amount being less than 1 gram)of creatine per typical 1/3 cup scoop, the product has creatine in it.
Even for most people, 1 gram is over the amount that the body produces on its own so it will have some effect...noticeable or not.
There actually is a reason why Muscletech claims Nitro Tech is 1,000,000,000,000,000 times better than whey alone.
It's the same thing with their new thermogenic. It "actually helps you build muscle while cutting fat" because it has creatine in it.
