Ever since I got on the body building diet, I eat 1-2 meals consisting of our favorite meat and eggs :thumbup:

Amazing Egg White
1 cup
120 kcal
4g carbs
24g protien

-Any meat: Turkey, Chicken, Tuna, Beef, Shrimp, Salmon, ect. All grounded up and dumped in the egg.

-Add spices such as pepper or mrs. dash.

-Fry up and stir.

-Add ketchup for flavor (but its already juicy as it is :) )

-Put in a pita pocket for carbs, or add on a sandwich, or just eat it as it is.

This is possibly one of the easiest meals to make, very tastey, and I wouldn't be afraid to make this up for people not on a body building diet and showing them my awesome cooking skills :) Enjoy
