It's called "eat less food" - veins are a combination of genetics and leanness.

lose some weight. the leaner you are the more vascular you will be. a lot of that has to do with genetics as well. come on man, you're really going to pay money for a supp to make you look vascular? muscletech loves guys like you.

Lean out and you'll see veins.

ALSO don't forget you need to be somewhat warm for them to stick out (body doing its thing).

Sometimes the day after a whole pile of junk food works well, too, oddly enough.

Sorry if we got off on the wrong foot, cf - welcome to the board. :)

Well, on me anyway, as I lean out and become more vascular, I get more obvious veins at the end of a workout. Maybe this is what ddegroff means.

County football,

Your other threads indicate you are using NO-Xplode. If this is not causing your veins to "stick out" as your are, your only other option is to lose fat.

Since you can't because of football, then you are sorta out of luck.

You need to lift more and get leaner if you want to see more veins, genetics play a big role. Theres nothing amazing you can do but give it time and dedication to see results like your looking for.

Tip on this forum though dont give attitude to someone who when you can take your number of posts times it by 1000 and still be lower in posts.

If your cold your blood vessels constrict to keep the warmth closer. So thats why I suggested being warm. IE Builts reply.

BUT leaness is the key factor!

Sometimes the day after a whole pile of junk food works well, too, oddly enough.

I saw on TLC a bio of a bodybuilder, forget her name...but right before competition I saw everyone throwing down sweets of all sorts (cake, twinkies, ah caramels, etc...) right before they head out on stage. Im assuming this is to bring out the veins? Im guessing its from the sugar. Am I right?

after lifting im sweaty, hot and my veins on my arms are popping like crazy. also on a sunny day they are usually out. probably cause the skin is warm so everything inflames a lil. my guess.

Going after built is not the best way to make friends on this board. Just take her advice, it's always on point.

veins are weird for me, when im lifting i get absolutly sick veins in my arms, and sick cuts in my delts. i am 18.6% body fat too lol. i think it has to do with genetics like built said and how lean you are.
