Here's the basic ingredients - you can play and substitute with the portions of each:
*milk
*vanilla protein powder (Nitrean recommended)
*small sprinkling of 'maccha' (powdered green tea)
*egg-beaters (or egg substitute)
*vanilla ice cream
*ice
*water
Tip: You want to sprinkle in just enough maccha that it gives the shake a very slight green tint when mixed - any more than that would make the shake bitter.
It is amazingly good. If you've ever had good maccha/green tea ice cream, you'll know what to expect.
