At 208.1lbs. Current goal is to continue to cut to 200 then put some weight on cause I'm getting skinny.

Yeah, freaking awesome leg definition. Keep it up!! Good luck with Salt Lake City - I just moved home from Provo, UT, and I was so sick of the Utah scene.

Lookin' good big pimpin'! Legs are looking wicked, quads dominate even from the rear shot! What's up with Don King in a headlock though?!? :D Didn't you know bodybuilders gotta keep it shaved, c'mon man, look the part! :) I'm not big into shaving (i.e. arms, legs, etc. with a razor) but I have some body clippers and I keep my belly, armpits and some of the downstairs trimmed down and it makes me feel a lot sexier. Might not be for you, but I thought I'd just throw it out there. Good luck on the rest of your cut, bulking is definitely more fun than cutting so you have only the best to look forward too! Mmm, food!

Keep the bodyhair, I say. Only women should shave their pits!

You have a similar build to me. What's your height?

Unreal

6'2"

I wish my lifts were close to yours. I like my hair. I may trim down a bit, but without a tan, I just look goofy shaved. I don't tan well at all, just burn, so unless I use a cream or something to tan, I'll keep the hair.

I got all sorts of crazy art in my apartment now. That is a Michael Parks Lithograph. "A gift for the disallusioned man" I believe is the name of it, but I would have to look it up. I got a few of his pieces. I enjoy them alot.

Looking real good man, I think its time to bulk.

What kind of bike do you have?

You first chest picture in the "****ty pictures" section looks great because you have nice lats sticking out.

Not that I care too much, but have you ever shaved. I think you look fine now but you would also look great with a trimed chest or shaved (less perferable I think).

Anyway, great build!

I shaved once and hated it, but that was awhile ago. Stil head stretch marks from being a super fatty. I just got some spray on tan stuff since I'm white as casper. If it works well I may shave.

I got a 2006 zx6r.

I'll post a picture tonight that Chris might not like. Just got about 4 different types of protein in. Wanted to try a few new things out. I got 40lbs or so of protein on the counter now.

I work a normal job, then go train after work, then ride my bike around. I'm on aim a bit, just not as much as I use to be since I can't do it at my new job.

Oh look, finally some pics without a shirt on, I thought you were turning into one of "those guys"! :swear:

Starting to look really lean bro, arm definition is shining through. I'd keep with the cut til' you get some serious ab definition going on. Bulking is easy, and we've talked about it, you're a good eater, so stick with the cut til' you're thoroughly satisfied with the stomach. There is really no need to rush the bulk if you know it will be successful, keep cutting, it's tough, but it will be rewarding in the long run. Plus, you can take some awesome pictures and be like "I used to be one of those "<3 my sixpack guys" and now I'm 250lbs of lean muscle!!!"
