Creatine Monohydrate
Protein Powder
Glucosamine
Fish Oil
Multi

I didn't say it won't do anything. Creatine does not contain any calories. Calories = muscles.

In order of most important:
Food
Routine
Extra supplements...now if you have the above 2 down to a T.. I would STRONGLY suggest
Scivation Xtend, I worked out my legs for an hour and half last night with 20 rep squats and woke up this morning with no muscle soreness. I am still shocked. Really the best supplement I ever bought. I have tried ETS, and many other muscle recoveries, this is hands down superior.

yeah ok. creatine has been proven to help muscle growth, im sure you know that. Just because you eat a lot of calories doesnt mean your muscles are going to grow.

Let's put it this way: you won't put on more muscle with creatine if you don't eat more.
In a nutshell, creatine allows you to work out longer. Thus allowing for more tearing down or the muscle. Therefore, allowing for more growth, provided those torn-down muscles are fed properly.

creatine has been proven to help muscle growthThen you don't know what creatine's function in the body is.

It allows your muscles to work harder in short bursts. Muscle growth ultimately comes down to how many calories you consume. Muscles are not made of air, as Built always says.

I respect your opinion but if you found Xtend(TM) to work that well it indicates to me you were not consuming enough protein or vitmain B in your diet. The product has no real ergogen just a collection of amino acids more or less:

Well I can consistently consuming 250g of protein or more, and at 172lbs I would say that is sufficient. However, you may be correct that I am not consuming sufficient amount of vitamin B. Either way this stuff has really come through for me, but dont worry Chris, my ETS purchases have stopped but I may become a new Nitrean addict :evillaugh
