Ive been taking it for about a month, only half the reccomended dosage preworkout for the caffine rush. It will work, anyone I know who have tried it and did things correctly saw results; I've also heard certain health risks associated with it. It keeps your heart pumping all day so your constantly burning fat but it should get the job done but never overdose, 4 before a workout and you will feel a rush

More expensive, and nowhere near as effective as plain old Ephedrine HCL with caffeine.
