Hey guys, im finally starting my bulk/serious training this monday, and frankly im pretty damn excited. I cant wait to see the results by the end of summer. I know i will consistently getting in 3000+ calories daily and with WBB Routine #1 i think itll go all well. I just wanted to thank u guys for the help that u are puttin around the boards it really helps. :clap:
Oh and another, i my left rib kinda pops out of my abs its really really annoying, like my body wouldnt look bad at all if i didnt have that ugly thing, do you think sit ups/crunches and eating more would cover it up?
