Fats are too low.

Get away from "ratios" - think "LBM-dependent doses": min is 1g protein per pound LBM, .5g/lb LBM for fat.

KW- If I reach the goal. Probably won't. But there is a way I guess. Before I started cutting I figured that I was gonna be lean by 175. Which at this point I wanna kill myself in finding out I was wrong.

Built- So what your saying is lower protein and up fat?

Rob- Yeah I thought about adding accual food but thats a little too complicated for me bro. Easier to take it all from liquid.

If eating real food is too complicated for you, perhaps you should look into a different hobby.

Not at all their is nothing wrong with eating liquads at all . it has nothing to do with being to complicated. Im sure he meant easier as in easier to prepare, easier to consume and overall free's up more time while your getting exactly what you need. When cutting i like to have a solid meal or 2 so my stomach settles but when bulking im lucky if i get 1

It's debatable as to whether you're getting exactly what you need with a mostly liquid diet. Two issues that come to mind are that many micronutrients are MUCH better absorbed form real foods, and the very real probability that there are other factors in food that haven't even been isolated yet.

Be that as it may, it's not profoundly difficult to eat a few vegetables every day.

Oh i agree that you need to make sure you are also supplementing vitamins etc to make sure you are getting everything you need. A lot of people have had very good success with all liquad bulks and cuts. Each to their own i know people who do both and each has their reasons. I prefer liquad but thats just me
