I went to my local supplement shop and got a tub of Real Mass 2007. I was lookin for a weightgainer with alot of protein in it. This was cheap (40$) and there is ALOTT. Anyways i just blended upa shake its pretty good i guess i could handle it, keep it down. But my question is in the morning would i have to blend it in a blender with milk to get it good? or do you think i could just have a shake bottle and shake it up till its nice and mixed. Is there really a difference?. And the milk is being used pretty fast cause its 600ml's for 4 scoops. Do you think water would be a better choice?

Why did you buy a weight gainer?
Best ones are homemade:
Protein powder
milk
powdered oats
peanut butter or olive oil
milk
ice cream
Blend and chug.
Well I wouldn't use water because your defeating yourself. You want extra calories from milk. You could do less wt gainer and add stuff to it like built said.

Built i tried one of those recipe's and i found it really hard to get down for me. Maybe the taste i dont know, but i guess this still works. So do you think instead of 4 scoops adding up to 1350 calories i should just say add 2 scoops and agian add icecream pb oats etc? And maybe have 2 of those a day or?

Keep trying bro there are many ways to make them. Start with only a few ingredients. I tried like 20 times until I decided to leave out the peanut butter. For some reason that was what was ruining it for me.
Food is the answer.
