Damn. Good thing I didn't buy any.

I'd go on creatine right now but I'm cutting.

The only test enhancer i know for sure works is squats

Edit: I am trying out some new supplements and ill let you know how that goes, 2 of them are alleged test boosters

Most contain tribulus... that has been proven time and time again, NOT to work.

Look at what test booster you're interested in, then look up the active ingredient on www.pubmed.com and see if there are any studies.

ZMA has some evidence of itself working, but nothing to get your panties in a bunch over.

Awesome. What exactly does it do that helps with the cutting phase? I want to get BSN Cell Mass. Is it a good product?

Speaking from experience, I would not concern myself so much on what supp I am going to by next. Instead focus on understanding what a good diet program has to offer. I have spent so much money trying supp. after supp. only to be disappointed. I have been on a new program for 2.5 weeks and I have gained 8-11lbs and I have seen consistent improvement in the gym and the main thing that changed was my diet and not "overtraining" anymore. PM me if you want more info on the program

Anything that has zero calories and helps your muscles work is a Good Thing™.

Use regular creatine monohydrate. At Large sells it for a good price, or wherever it's on sale.

As already stated, no, not to any degree that will improve your results in the gym.

If you want to get big and strong try AtLarge's Maximum Mass stack.

If you want to get lean and maintain as much muscle as possible try AtLarge's Fat Loss stack.

You get a free guide with both that outlines how to achieve the respective goal in the shortest time possible.

Both programs provide training routines that are HIGHLY effective.

The information provided in these guides is priceless and you get them FREE with the purchase of the stack. You simply can't go wrong!

That's some good advice! Remove all fancy supplements and use the money to get your diet in check. I agree 100%!
