1-2 cups rice
8oz grilled chicken strips
1/4-1/2 cup egg white
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Fry up the eggs and steam cook the rice. Mix the rice and eggs together, and put the chicken on top and then sprinkle all of the peanuts on top. Add sauces if you want and enjoy :) You get your carbs, fats, and protein.
