So i went down to the beach with the family this weekend and i totally pigged out on frenchfries and fried shrimp and seafood and just ate junk the whole time. Well i decided to start my cut up again and i went and weighed myself and it was 172, when the week before i was around 176 so i dunno how i lost the weight but it was kool, just thought i would let yall know

Yep. Last week I went low carb and a slight defecit to calories for two days between lift days to burn off my water weight to see where I really was with my bulk. Practically overnight I dropped from a steady 165 to a 162. I went back to bulking and instantly returned to 165.

Water weight is fun.
