want to increase my agility for football..i.e quick direction changes, jumping higher...so on so on.......anyone have any routines?

Set up 3 cones in a line 5 yards apart. Start facing the middle cone, sprint to the cone on your right, touch the ground with your right hand, turn and sprint to the farthest left cone, touch the ground with your left hand, turn and sprint back to the middle cone. This is a great agility workout, it is tested at alot of football combines (real football). ANyway, it will work no matter what sport you play. Let me know how you like it.
