i wana start body building.
but i want to lose weight first then bulk up.
im 17 and weigh 90kg 5 foot 8
i was wondering what my dietary intakes should be..
and what excercises i should start with..

are you training at all? what's your diet like?

i was talking about losing weight then bulking up.
i would say my diet is f@cked as i havent been calorie counting
havent been doing **** all training?
