I normally curl 35's for 3 sets of 8

But i dont have access to a gym and i only have 20's at my house

What if I do about alot of reps, around 40-50 or something, like 3 sets

Would i still see results?

I dont want to get Big Im doing a lot of cardio and on a cutting routine

I think 40-50 would be overkill to say the least! I would do NO MORE than 20 at most, even though you are cutting!

Is Overkill Bad?

I can do 20 reps like nothing and not even feel it

I want to be atleast sore the next day in the area i worked

What if you did solid slow perfect form curls for like 15 then went straight to like a hammer curl or bent over dumbell rows. Then went back to curls. Then went back to hammer/rows.

You think that will be good for you? Pump out like 3 sets of whatever excersizes you do with short breaks in between.

(edit: I'm a newbie with an opinion. what I say may be wrong but its an idea to be thrown in.)

Also, being sore is not an indication of having a good workout. I think others can back me up there.

Go to Walmart and buy some heavier dumbells. Thats your best option.
