Im 125 pounds maybe some of you know some of you dont. But my starting yesterday consists of

Morning:
1 1350 Calorie Shake (Or i can spread it throughout the day)
1 2 Egg Cheese omelette
A Glass of Milk

Lunch :
Probably something like 2 tuna sandwiches
another 2 glasses of milk or water
And anything else i can find thats eatable around the house

Dinner:
Usually what is made, sometimes we go out for food but usually if i have the choice ill go out and get some sushi. Or McDonalds might be in mind<---:(

Then before bed ill usually have another 1350 Calorie Shake


Do you think im getting enough calories in me for a 125 pound guy?

I dont know. There's no way to tell if it's enough. It might be too much for a larger guy or to little for a smaller guy.. it just varies from person to person.

The only way to find out is to total them up yourself: www.fitday.com

Then find out if you're gaining weight.

Using fitday.com is good advice. Before I added up food on there I had no idea I was undereating by almost 1000 calories at times. It doesnt take long to tally up a days worth of food - usually a few minutes at the end of the day.

When you go out to get food with your family try to stay away from mcdonalds! that stuff is such crap.

Also a multivitamin and some fish oil caps (containing high amounts of DHA and EPA) wouldnt hurt.
