Well I usually do a Pyramid on the Bench 225x5 235x4 245x3 255x2 265x1 and then i do 315x10 3 times on the squat. In the recent months i have been eating alot due to the advice of one of my coaches because i need to bulk up and i think i have bulked up enough but i just recently changed my diet 2 days ago to low fat foods more fruits and Veggies.

ooooooooooh, i get to offer advise.

Do a full body split, such as BGB or WWB1(someone always suggests this) and get diet in order. Most people say 1 gram minimum per pound of LBM(Lean body mass) and .5 gram per pound of fat. So getting some calipers would be helpful or even estimating for you will be good.

Fat loss has more to do with diet than routine. It takes time to refine a diet but I'd reccommend carb cycling. Use Fitday to count your calories. You don't have to do it every day, just do it a couple days to get a good picture of what you are eating.

Basically, eat most of your carbs before and after workouts. Some carbs for breakfast are ok too. Eliminate white rice, white bread, added sugar and anything where the prime ingredient is enriched white flour. Buy a big bag of Splenda..Lotsa protein and healthy fats. Do as seach for a thread titled "what a bodybuilder eats.

You've got some good muscle mass and strength. Refine your diet and over time the fat will melt off.
