Hello guy, i am bulking now as you know and suddenly my strength and weight has gone up alot its amazing, lol, i weighted myself at 210 and had to take a video. as you know..
i am 16, 5'7, and 210 right now
deadlift 405 x 4
SLDL 405 x 1
squat 255 x 20 easy and 315 x 10 easy
other assorted things also..

sorry, i CANNOT do a lat spread, or any pose for that matter LOL...
(warning for the bulking gut shot)
i want to thank you all for the help and support and i wouldnt of came this far if it wasnt for all you guys. im very happy with myself in that i went from 275 to 194 to this in less then a year.

Your gettting bigger, and you've added almost no fat in that first 13 or so pounds you've gained.
At this rate I would say you would look pretty good at 235-240ish, if your bulking continues to go so cleanly.

Trust me, with the way your looking now you could add atleast 20 more lbs of lean mass onto that frame. What bodyfat % do you think your at now that you weight 210lbs???

i got it taken from a friend/PT at my gym and he measured it at 18.6

Should be no problem holding that weight or adding another 20lbs of muscle..

thank you bear wolf, god another 20 lbs and i think my stomach would offcially be considered a human keg :D
..good thing i took that video then, ive ate 3-4 times since then and the "roll of death" is larger :D

You guys are saying 20 lbs of LBM like its nothing. To add that much in a year would be a huge acomplishment. So lets shoot for the stars by all means but lets not be unrealistic.

i dont think you should go to 240.i have a freind who used to workout who looks like you, he stopped working out and hes 240....trust me he wishes he was 200 again. maybe remain 200-210 but work on body recomp

Stump went from 197 to 210 pretty fast... a half assed decent 20lb bulk before christmas would be easy.
I've gained weight before like you wouldnt believe, even if every ounce was fat... I've put on 40-60lbs between football seasons for two years in a row, and I was told both times that while I did look fatter, I was noticably bigger muscular wize.
Maybe he wont add 20lbs of RAW 100% muscle, but he should be able to get close

I agree. You can put a shirt on with 20% bodyfat and have people tell you that your lean. But be realistic when you take your shirt off. they are gonna see how much fat you accually are holding.
Give it a shot...who knows.

jholmes - i am 18.6 right now and i am bulking until i feel im ready to stop, body recomp takes to long and i can bulk to 225 and cut down to lean faster, i never plan on stopping working out lol.
brandon - yeah, of course it wont be raw muscle, more like 12/8 or 13/7.
kyle - its weird for me, i look crappyer in a shirt, i dont look half bad at all without my shirt, its just the massive amount of fat stored in my midsection

Rob drink some green tea. I drink 3 cups a day. And its accually been proven to help lose fat, perticularly in the midsection.

Hey when you do SLDLs, do you touch the bar to the ground before pulling back up? I'm surprised your DL and SLDL PR's are so close, I would think most people could standard dead much more than they could SLDL.
The vid looked good, although it looked like you were having some trouble with the lat spread. I can't get that one either, so if you have any pointers let me know;)

K - lmao i know i cannot do one at all! but as for the sldl, when i go for a PR i just lift it from the ground up, when i do reps just like regular deads, i hit the ground and come back up.
gabrielle - one day in the future i will be lean, as of now, i gotta stay fat :D

Stumprrp was always decently strong, even when he was 275. But seems since he cut down that his strength shot up a bit.

^yeah i had noob gains until i cut to 195 and stalled, and now the numbers keep getting better, like ive said before i started with a like 185 bench 315 deadlift and 6pps leg press, not bad.

That being said, I think you can still add on 20 pounds of LBM. Thats unless you want to of course. Your pretty big now, but some people (like me) love being hoss. My end weight is 225 at 9% bodyfat....at 5'8 thats huge. So if you want to I think you can (and I think you can do it in a year if you lift/eat right). If your happy or dont want to be to big then just cut up a little bit and your good to go.

jordan - yeah im deff bulking more, i have quite the mid section/love handles/ ass fat, but dude, when you are 275 and cut 80 lbs, a measly 20-30 lb cut wont bother me at all! BRING ON THE LBS!! im still in good shape, i think, hehe.
