So I did UD2 for 4weeks, saw some good progress. Lost a total of 3lbs. I'm looking for some critiques from the wonderfull WBB.

Plan A: Do UD2 for another 2-3wks and see where i'm at.

or

Plan B: Start strength phase and then move on to a bulk mid august.

Just looking for your opinions.

Sorry dd.. I'm having a hard telling where the 3 lb loss is coming from..

So I guess I would go with Plan B... bulk.. but then I usually say bulk.. LOL

I agree you have lotsa room to bulk.

Yeah, i agree there is A LOT of room to bulk. That is forsure in the future.

Like I said I didn't see much difference either, but I see what I look like everyday.

3lbs isn't much anyway, but i am leaner than I was at the end of my cut (end April).

I think your back is the most noticable difference. But the lighting is most of it. You do look better, but I wouldnt diet for 4 weeks for only 3 lbs, ya know. Of course i'm impatient as hell, which is detrimental to both bulking and dieting.

Do whatever is going to make you most comfortable and feel better. Diet for 3 more weeks and lose 3 more lbs or start bulking and diet later.

There is no difference. You can't tell in three pounds. All you did was get a little tan.

When I went on UD 2.0, I didn't feel like I was losing much fat, until the end of the diet when I finally found a decent mirror, and realised how lean I'd got. Maybe it takes a while to see noticeable gains with this diet. Go for another three weeks.
Also, check what you're doing on each day of the cycle. Maybe you're eating too much on the low carb phase, or too much on the carb load phase, or possible eating the wrong carbs.

Smalls - The thing about this diet is the you do have a chance to gain some muscle. So thats why the weight loss seems so small. Thanks for the advice.
Mark - Yes I did get a little tan, which I think made some difference.
Mad Max - I know what you mean, I noticed small changes each week but I think I was expecting a miricle, lol. Thats a good idea about checking what I was eating. I felt like i was following it to a T, but maybe I was missing something important.

Thanks again guys!

hey looks good, I can tell in your back that it got lean as well, I just got done with my first week of UD2 for anabolic, and I think I got thinner rather than bigger :( . Looks good though, keep us updated

If you're doing the muscle gain variant of UD 2.0, then you probably wont lose any fat at all. Read over what Lyle says about carb depletion/loading. You've started the diet now, you may as well finish it? Even if you are no where near your goal size wise, you will learn a lot on this diet. Also seeing yourself so lean at the end, works as great motivation while you are bulking, as you have an idea of what those muscles can potentially look like.
Ultimately I think you lose as much fat on UD 2.0 as you do on a normal cut, but you also make good strength gains, which is what makes it so special.

Thanks bigleague!

I think that just convinced me to finish off the diet (next three wks).
