ok here it is...i'm new and the site is great...took some beginer pics....been at the weights for 6 weeks now...i did them for 6 months when i was 16 and now i'm back again with the intention for sticking to it...I lift at home so i don't have a lot of options but i do try...plz don't ask me about what i lift and when i lift cos i'm still tryin to get on my feet

i am a staggerring 5foot 5 inches
i am 71 kgs/11stone/156lbs

arms are currently 14inches
forearms 12
waist...i have a beer belly but its dying slowly
chest...yet again i have some boobage to deal with but i am doing declined bench presses...3 sets of 8 with 58kgs

plz note that i was 9 stone when 16 and am 11 stone now and touching 21

anways here are some pics...i tried to take a good pic of my back and legs but no such look...I'll try again some other time....
as for my legs i am able to do one legged squats with no weights so they can't be that bad..............

I am aware that there are only pics of my right arm...both are the same size so there's no need for wanking jokes


as for the comments plz be fair about them and any advice or suggestions is welcome.....remember god judges us all

Resize!!! Those are huge, but from what I can tell, you have a good start.

thanks guys my legs are biggish too but all the pics i took aren't worth showing...you might of noticed but my biceps are my weak spot on the arms

Don't worry about your biceps.. concentrate on eating right and pulling -especially chins - and they will catch up to the rest of you.

Looks like you have a great base.. not sure what your goals are - but a good bulk, heavy lifting with squats and DLs.. and you will fill in.

BTW.. always got to show the wheels.. or we will always ask.. it's what the rest of you is built on.

I'll put the wheels and back on in a few days as for now I'm just gonna relax and try figure out how to use my camera properly

ok i went and took some pics of my back....i have a problem now...my right side is noticeably more built than my left...up by the shoulder region...mainly due to my being right handed...anywho i won't be posting any pics that showing the flaw until i get it fixed and it will be a before pic...anyways heres a pic of the back that doesn't show it somehow

i feel like my left side is limp compared to the right after seeing the pics...i know that presses behind the neck are supposedly bad for you but do you reckon i could get away with it for a month or two til the problem is fixed?
