This is what I want my arm to look like. How do you get the bicep to "jump off" your arm like that?
My arm is 17.25. This "looks" like a 18 or 19 inch arm.

No I don't know him but I bought his book a few years back. He's from Maryland and lives in Pennsylvania now. Here's a couple more Pics I found.

well keep working at it..but bicep shape is mainly genetics, maybe ull have a bicep like that...maybe u wont

I've heard of those effects, but I've yet to experience them. Anator is GOD!

The leaner you get and the more muscle you have the "better" your arm will look, but the peak is genetic, period.
