hey just to introduce myself, im 15yrs old ive been doin weights seriously for a few months and now made some good progress i was just wondering when its time for me to start cutting ( when/how do i know im ready to cut) and if any one could gie me some advice on how to cut like a few guidelines (how many calories,protien, carbs etc.) and what kind of routine or exercise i should be doing while cutting.

Theres a link in builts sig on how to cut, and you cut when you feel you need to cut. Basically decide whether gaining muscle or losing fat is more important at any point in time. In other words the mirror is the best person to ask.
