hey just to introduce myself, im 15yrs old ive been doin weights seriously for a few months and now made some good progress i was just wondering when its time for me to start cutting ( when/how do i know im ready to cut) and if any one could gie me some advice on how to cut like a few guidelines (how many calories,protien, carbs etc.) and what kind of routine or exercise i should be doing while cutting.
