I am trying to lose fat, keep muscle.

I am about 245lbs.

Morning cardo 30minutes

Then I ate 100grams of oatmeal, 1shake

Then 1 hour later, 3eggs, 1boks of tuna

Then for dinner, 200grams of yellow cheese, tomatoes

Is this the right way to do the ketogenic diet?

Looks pretty crappy to me. You don't need a keto diet. Find your maintenance calories using fitday, make sure you are getting adequate protein/fat, lower your calories by 10-15% until you're losing approx 1lbs per week, and be patient. Everyone jumps on these fad diets without trying the basics ... I never understand why.

A lot of the first initial weight loss will be water weight. Make sure you're staying hydrated during all of this. Also...I have no idea what the effects of a keto diet plus your extra "help" are.

Sure its gonna be a fair bit of water but keto sure burns fat :)

Whats this Keto diet? I know its a nebie question. I am trying to get a 6 pack without losing the 25 pounts of muscle i gained since i started lifting.

You won't know which one is which unless you lose weight.
