I guess I'm really behind these days, but have you all seen Tate recently? He looks like he's damn near pro BB conditioning...

With Berardi's help he's really leaned out. Damn impressive.

Jim Wendler's take on Dave's move to metro is pretty hilarious. Check it out at the exercise index over at elitefts.
You really have to know the whole story behind this. Dave isn't doing it to look good or be a BBer again. He's doing it so that he can live to see his kids grow up. He hasn't said it officially, but he's basically retired from Powerlifting altogether. His shoulder is basically done. Of course, he's done an amazing job getting his body back in working condition (with lots of help from Alwyn, JB and many others).
It's a shame though. He's a great guy, a fantastic motivator and a great coach. And fookin HUGE.

I do know the whole story. I've been following the entire saga through t-nation and elite. I even posted a link to the article. I know why he's doing it, I simply found the change quite impressive.
He does look awesome though!

Man, I can't believe how horrible his lipid profile was!
