I need some ideas for getting back into shape for the upcoming swim season if you have any ideas on what i should be eating alot or a little of i would really appritiate it thanks

I just googled diet swimming and found a bunch of stuff.

I used to swim year round and honestly never thought about diet, unless I was at a meet. I don't know about you, but our practices were 2-3 hours a day, 6 days a week(dryland training/weights 3 times a week). With that much exercise I just ate a ton and was still lean as hell...probably 140lbs with 7% bf.

As far as getting back in shape, what do you mean exactly? You want to lose weight, gain weight, what?

What are you currently doing as far as exercising goes?
