Hey guys. I wanted a place where I could record all of my training and track my progress. I wanted to bring you guys along on a journey as well. I saw BCC's journal and thought it was a hit and hopefully my could bring the same kind of attention. I am fairly new to the board so hopefully my thread will bring some new friends as well! I recently changed my training split and I will post up my workouts daily. Also, I will post up my weight from time to time. Im sitting at a happy 202.5 lbs right now hoping to get up to around 210 by October. I want to stay fairly lean though so it isnt too much work trying to DIET DOWN for COMPETITON lol. Alrighty enough play. My new split is a 3 on 1 off split. I train chest/back/bi's , shoulders/traps/tri's, legs, off, repeat! If you missed my pics you can check them out on this thread.......

Yesterday started my new split 6/7/06 chest/back/bi's

Incline Bench (RP) 155x10, 175x10, 190x7 200x5
Incline DB Bench 70x8 (stretch at bottom and RP) each set for 4 sets
Bent Row 155x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10
DB Row 100x10 Each Set for 4 sets
Barbell Curl 95x10, 115x10, 125x10
1 arm preacher curl 30x12 ES x 4

Barbell Press 95x10, 125x10, 145x4 Drop to 95x failure
Side Laterals (Pyramiding sets) 30 reps ES x 3
C/G Incline Press 155x10, 165x8, 175x6
Standing Overhead Press 95x12, 115x10,125x6
DB Shrugs 80x10 ES x3
Barbell Behind Back Shrugs 135x10 ES x 3

Hit shoulders today. I switched back to my 5 day split after a short while. I felt WAY too fatigued to continue on that other split. So right now Im doing Mon-Chest, Tues-Legs, Wed-off, Thurs-Shoulders, Fri-Arms, Sat-Back, Sun-Rest...

BB Military Press 135x10
165x4 w/ 1 drop to 135 for 6

DB Press 60x12 Slow negative for 3 sets

BB Standing Military Press 135x8,6,4

Arnold Press 50x10 for 3 sets

Laterals (Mo Elbasouni Style) 3 sets

Rear delt Laterals 20x15,15,15,20

Abs-Crunches 6x25

Hey guys, today I did arms. I supersetted Bi's and Tri's. It was different and very fast paced.

Incline C/G Bench 135x8 (w.u.)
175x6,6 Drop to 135x6

Barbell Curl
85x10 (w.u.)
125x5 drop to 85x10

Overhead BB Ext

Reverse BB Curl (Same weight used in every set of Overhead Ext)

Skulls 75x12
125x4 w/ 6 closegrip bench reps after

Concentration Curls 40x10 each setx4

Real good pump in my tris, good pump in my bis as well...I love the pump...Its like having sex with a woman and cumming. Im cumming in the gym..Im cumming at home...Im cumming onstage :-)
