Hi, I was wondering on fitday...it says egg white raw and egg white cooked. If I measure 1 cup of egg white raw its: 121.5 cal and 25.56 protein, and cooked its: 81.18 cal, 17.08 protein...So does this mean once I cook the egg white it loses nutrients?

I guess so. It's the same on there with 1 cup of whole eggs as well. That's strange because there's considerably less protein after it's cooked.

Are you sure? Where do you see that? I just looked and the raw, boiled, scrambled for the whole egg are all different.

I was also wondering if you or anyone has any idea if I heat up a protein bar so it would be like a hot brownie, if doing this, would it take away any protein?

Oh, and I mean by microwave...idk if that matters or not.

I'm looking at other sites and the difference between raw and cooked egg protein varies VERY little...as opposed to FitDay's ridiculous differences.

Ill check it out in the mornign im way too tired now...by any chance do you know where I can find good nutr. facts for cuban bread? I can't find it anywhere and the on on fitday doesnt seem very good
