I've read around on the site and heard that it is better to make your own weight gain shake rather than buy one. Let's hear some of your favorite recipes for tasty and calorie dense weight gain shakes!!

How dense are you willing to go is the real question.

True. My shakes are incredibly thick (although not horrible tasting by any means) but I'm used to them that way. If you want a smooth shake then look elsewhere, but anyways:

1.5 cups of Milk (2% or Whole)
1 cup of Oats
3-4 tb spoons of peanut butter
1 tb of olive oil (Optional)
1.5-2 scoops of Whey Protein (Chocolate will work best)
A little bit of honey

I will also sometimes throw a banana in there, but that tends to make it reeeally thick. Just put it all in the blender and blend for a few minutes until everything is about as close to liquid as it's going to get.
