I will keep track of all my lifting and diet in this Journal.

I will be doing an all body style workout...Monday, wednesday and friday will be lifting days Tuesday and Thursday will be cardio days.

Trying to cut down to around 225.

If you have any drive like the real DWade.. you should have no problems meeting your goals..

And make sure your program includes Squatting and DL'ing..
