Hi
I've just competed in my fourth StrongWoman comp in the UK (5 months in this sport now). This was at Dover and it was a really good day.
I came in 2nd, I lost out first place to a brilliant UK StrongWoman who has nine years competing experience under her belt. I missed first place by 0.25 of a second. D'oh!
My deadlift was my fav event, 120kg reps in 75 seconds, I did 12 reps in that time. A new event to me was the sled pull, felt fairly light and it was a learning experience trying to figure out how best to pull it quickly.
Cheers
Ali
