Hey all, new here and figured since I am just getting into some serious lifting, I might as well make one of these journals so I can document my progress and share with others.

Day 1: 7/10/2006
Age:16
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 292 pounds

I sustained an injury that is gonna prevent me from doing any legs, deadlifts, shrugs, or anything that requires me to put weight on my right leg. I tore a ligament in my ankle, and had pretty substantial work done to it.

I'll update this as I see fit, most likely weekly, or daily depending on if something "worthwhile" happens.

Any comments, or advice are welcome and appreciated! Or if you wanna make fun of my tubby ass thats fine too!

yo, glad to see you made a journal, ill be checkin in, so try and update as much possible. Wanna see some progress!

I am still so tired from my pain meds that I have trouble lifting effectively... Its no bueno.

I did a little chest work today just so I could say I did something.

Flat bench - 280X5 for 5 sets
Incline bench - 200X5 for 5 sets
Close grip bench - 100X5 for 5 sets
Dumbell fly's- 5 sets of 10 reps i dont remember the weight
Dumbell press-90X5 for 5 sets

As you can see, I tired out quickly, ****ing crutches... the things are killing my stamina. :bang:
