Right going on holiday in 5 weeks and have accumulated plenty of fat since a major car accident about 10 months ago! Need to loose as much of this as physically possible in 5 weeks!

I have jsut bought LA muscle 'Fatstripper' to aid my metabolism. And i am currently eating 1500 cals a day max and doing about 45mins cardio a day. this started on fri. Does this sound ok for loosing major fat?

Help and ideas despartatly needed!

Many thanks for any help!

A PSMF is going to be faster than UD2.0.

Protein Sparing Modified Fast.

You can buy a copy of the book at www.bodyrecomposition.com. I'd recommend you start using the search function to bring up some of the old threads on the topic and the journals which cover it.

Your body will kick fat from where it wants, when it wants.

That being said, face fat goes before back and tummy fat.

I'd recommend eating a bit more to keep froma metabolic crash, doing a bit less cardio, and weightlifing right.

Whats a metabolic crash? Thanks for the help! When you say eat a bit more, eat a bit more like what? Is 30 mins cardio ok?

Rock, when you do a low or 0 carb you always get an immediate change, unfortunately, it's mostly just water weight that is being shed.

Not to get you down, but it will become much harder to shed weight very soon.

Usually, I find that rapid initial decrease the first week, then everything seems to stall for a while, such as maybe a week or so, but if you stick with it, you will slowly start shedding pounds at a more reasonable rate.

Just my experience at least.

Thank Pete..

I am on 250mg test and 100m EQ a week and I will use a fatburner...do you reckon they will sorta stop the stalling?

I am doing morning cardio also.

Lol, I forgot you were doing a cycle, so I can't help you there. I am completely clueless when it comes to gear use.

Now if you were cycling Taco Bell is I prefer to do, maybe I could offer some further advice. :p
