Sorry,, meant to say I was 9.5 stone (ie weight) when I joined 2 years ago and now Iam 12 stone (weight). Iam 20 years old by the way..! I wish I was the bulky type... but genetically my body is very lean...

9.5 stone = 133 pound = 60.328 kilogram
12 stone = 168 pound = = 76.203 kilogram

Stone is a unit of weight.. usually a UK reference.. or from one of the old UK colonies...

Jaz... awesome job.. where are the wheels though??

Awesome progress Jaz. What's your diet like? It took me twice that time to gain the same - from 64kg to 80kg.

Sidior... I have NEVER neglected legs.. Squat HARD ONCE a week as part of my current routine on a Thursday. My legs are good enough for now, of course there is MASSIVE room for improvement with them still. but Iam not quite that proud off them if you know what I mean.! not enuff to shwo them off..!!!!!

I would hit them more then that, I used to not train my legs at all then once I started hitting my legs real hard the rest of my body started gaining size as well. I understand about not wanting to show them though I'm in the same boat I'm just to ashamed of my legs.

Also I see that what did the same thing I went from 120 pounds to 165 we gained about the same. how tall are you?

Iam already training 4 days a week and simply CANT do that.. and they hurt for 3-4 days after too.. so I wont really be giving them much recovery time.

Also maybe you should look at changing up your routine since you've been lifting for a while baby got back would probably be best. You can find a sticky on it in the bodybuilding forums.

Gaining a bit of weight would fill you out in the chest shoulders area. Id say from judging you right now... another 20-30lbs wouldnt hurt at all. It seems as though you've bulked as close as possible to 100% cleanly. Maybe try adding some more calories to speed the bulk up, espcially if your body does good at keeping lean.

Thanks for that.. I have been thinking the same for a while. Iam going to try a very calorie dense diet and see what gains I get. Need to read up and get some advice first though.

Thanks for the comments guys.. much appreciated.

I'd up the food and hit the legs hard, the rest will follow. Your body type with a bit (read: a lot) more mass would be sick. Anyone else see his forearm size compared to his biceps? Just wondering if its the camera angle?
