ok i've just done 6 weeks training so far...in the last week i noticed my apetite has changed severely....i find myself drinking loads more water...i eat more regurly with bigger meals....as hungry as i get i have lost the taste for greasy food and sugary food like chocolate....
the good news is that wherever the food is going i'm not getting fatter
ok now for the question.....
is this my bodies way of saying that i need to start taking some kind of protein and if so what would be good for a beginner as i have never tried it before....thanks for the help and fyi i did search the database but i didn't help
